Interchange Park is directly adjacent to the nexus of two Motorways providing unrivalled access to Sydney’s arterial road network.
Taking advantage of the Estate’s dedicated General Industrial zoning makes it ideal for a wide range of uses, including CHEPs Service Centre and operations with new warehousing, distribution centre, and manufacturing capabilities. It is perfectly positioned to funnel goods with unobstructed access to the M4 and M7 Motorways.
The custom built CHEP facility comprises of a 7,500 m2 pallet repair warehouse, 840 m2 single level office and 26,000m2 hardstand storage yard.
The site features tiered retaining walls to the front boundary with sympathetic landscaping positioned on each tier. The front office has vertical timber blades lining the office façade with full height windows to eastern and southern elevation.
