Zambrero is a growing brand and has a presence in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Ireland, and currently expanding into the UK. With Australia being its homegrown success, there are now 182 restaurants across Australia after having opened 15 new sites in the last 12 months with plans to continue aggressive expansion plans over the next 12 months.

In 2020, Zambrero introduced a refreshed brand design for its restaurants. Focusing on sourcing materials that are modern, localised and affordable to build a friendly, lively and enjoyable dining experience for customers.
