Sparks and Partners Consulting Engineers delivered the hydraulic engineering on a new GWA Innovation and warehouse facility designed to be utilised as a distribution centre for Caroma Bathroom Products. Accommodating both office and warehouse workers in the same location. The new 30,000m2 facility consists of the following:
1,695m2 Laboratory with R&D and NATA accredited testing facilities for sanitary fixtures – toilets (pans/suites), urinals, bidets, cisterns, baths, sinks, basins and purpose-built bathroom modules.
Acoustic Treatment, Water Recycling and CNC machinery areas
Battery recharge area
Loading dock office and Gatehouse
Modernised main office
Hardstand area and parking for 127 cars
We also provided consultation services for revisions to the design and documentation of the proposed Vertical Test Rig at the Prestons testing laboratories.
