Atlassian Central

Atlassian Central VIEW FROM CENTRAL STATION WITH TOGA

We are excited to be a part of this landmark project, Atlassian Central. Sparks+Partners is engaged through plumbers Boone & Willard under the Australian construction group Built in a joint venture with Obayashi Corporation, who are appointed by Dexus as the contractor for Atlassian Central.

Atlassian Central will be a world-leading sustainable tower that becomes Atlassian’s long-term home in Sydney. It is an incredible hybrid timber design, which will be the tallest of its kind in the world inspired by New York-based architects SHoP in partnership with Australian firm BVN.

The building will be highly sustainable, highly flexible, and built for the future. It will be 39 storeys that are distributed across eight (8) different habitats, with uses of the building including office, retail and tourism (YHA).
