In twenty-twenty Seven Hills RSL proudly announced extensive renovation works had commenced at the Club. The long-awaited refurbishment signalled a fresh chapter for the Club’s future. In consultation with the Club, Altis Architecture and Integrated Projects, the renovation was master planned into three stages to ensure continuous trade and minimal disruption to Members and guests visiting the Club.
Stage one, including a new indoor and alfresco lounge and bar area.
Stage two is dedicated to developing the Club’s exciting fresh dining quarter. The dining precinct boasts a new alfresco terrace, a separate courtyard eatery, and expansive indoor seating space. The two new dining outlets include a bistro with your favourite fare. Plus, a unique food bar with a live cooking station. The food bar is designed to offer an ever-changing theme and menu concepts. The indoor dining lounge features restaurant booths and private dining space for up to 24 guests as an intimate venue for celebrations.
Stage three focuses on the Club exterior, a Sports Bar with an outdoor terrace and a dining entrance. The exterior is detailed with a mix of copper, bronze and white Alpolic cladding. Perforated bronze mesh screening, vertical Knotwood battens and floor-to-ceiling windows create a visually stunning architectural statement.
Sparks+Partners delivered the hydraulic engineering and fire services on this dynamic project.
