Watsons Grove Epping

Watsons Grove’s diverse living environments include a range of studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedrooms, some with studies, courtyards or elevated two-level residences with voluminous double height spaces with mezzanine bedrooms and  ensuites. Mostly north-facing, abundant glass frontages where living areas merge with spacious balconies.

Demolition of existing structures and construction of three five storey residential flat buildings comprising 141 units with basement car parking.

Sparks+Partners were engaged by Soneta Plumbing to complete this projects. We design the hydraulics, stormwater and fire services to the site.
