Designed to provide an optimum combination of space-efficiency with fast, efficient stock access and integrating a high-density pallet storage system, housing over 20,000 pallets, plus a compact very narrow aisle (VNA) storage system for small parts picking.
Located in the premium Keylink Industrial Estate facility established in the commercial precinct of Minto. The development comprised of design and construction of a 14,500m2 main storage warehouse, a 400m2 single storey main office, a 42m2 single storey dock office and associated external carpark and hardstand areas, civil works with the extension of estate roads, re-vegetation and landscaping. It also included an expansion area that accommodates an additional 4,114m2of future warehouse floor area.
